Yesterday took a tour with students from Cilfa to the Plateau of Glieres. We had a wonderful typical meal from the region of the Alps and then a tour of a Fromagerie. Learned how the cheese is made and all about taking care of a cow farm. I will go into more detail on what it takes to produce the wonderful variety of cheese that have here.
As you will see in the photos the scenery is breath taking and also some important history took place in this part of the world that I will explain. For now some photos.
Tonight music and fireworks by the lake as they get ready to celebrate the 14 th of July, National holiday in France.
